Business Majors
The Undergraduate CBA offers two degree granting programs:
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA)
Bachelor of Science in International Business (BSIB)
Both bachelor's degree programs provide students with a strong foundation in the principal fields of business, as well as the liberal arts. At Northeastern, a business education integrates the theory and practice of management through active learning, problem-driven research, corporate partnerships, and experiential assignments (co-op). As part of the degree program, all students are expected to participate in the co-op program, where they participate in paid work placements related to their field of study. Additionally, the BSIB program includes intensive language study and a year abroad.
The BSBA degree can be accomplished using the five-year co-op plan or with the four-year co-op plan. Both the BSBA and BSIB degrees offer concentrations in the principal fields of business:
Accounting
Entrepreneurship
Finance and Insurance
Management
Management Information Systems
Marketing
Supply Chain Management
