Professor Faleye’s research focuses on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and related topics in agency theory.

Prior to joining Northeastern University’s College of Business Administration College, Professor Faleye served as an Assistant Accountant for Chevron Nigeria Limited from 1992- 1996.
