Mildred Gray, Assistant Dean Undergraduate Programs. Prior to joining the College of Business Administration, Ms. Gray worked at Deloitte & Touche for more than 20 years as a senior human resource manager in the areas of training & development, staffing and recruiting. She also served as the director of international placements and in this role developed several international exchange programs for which she received national recognition. Ms. Gray has also been employed by Northeastern University's Cooperative Education Department. She holds a BS and MEd from Northeastern University and an MBA from Bentley College.
