Bob Blanchette, Senior Associate Director, Employer Relations, Undergraduate School. Mr. Blanchette brings extensive experience in both business and career development. He spent six years as a Senior Vice President of Keystone Associates, running the Boston office of one of the region's most respected outplacement and career management consulting firms. In addition to his management responsibilities at Keystone, Mr. Blanchette consulted to HR leaders across various industries and coached individuals at all professional levels on issues of career transition. He began his career as an HR professional within the financial services industry and has served in an HR capacity at Harvard University. Most recently, Mr. Blanchette has been part of NU's Career Services team, focusing on employer relations activities.
